Kimbro Tech provides remote managed IT services under the plans described on this website. Specific service terms, response expectations, and scope for a given customer are set out in that customer's service agreement, not on this website.

Plan Availability

Managed plan availability is subject to customer qualification and environment requirements. Kimbro Tech reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where an environment falls outside what a plan is designed to support.

No Guarantees

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of uptime, security outcomes, backup recovery, or compliance with any specific law, regulation, or standard. Services are provided on the basis described in an active service agreement.

Billing

Monthly plan fees and onboarding fees are billed as described on the Pricing section of this website. Support beyond a plan's included hours is billed at the posted hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as Kimbro Tech's services evolve.
